Terms of Service — BaahiAI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BaahiAI ("we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. BaahiAI is operated by BaahiAI Technologies.

2. Description of Service

BaahiAI is a multi-tenant financial tracking and expense management platform designed for Indian businesses. The Service includes AI-powered features such as voice entry in 11 Indian languages, AI chat assistance, daily financial briefings, and transaction analytics.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Each business should maintain only one account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day Premium trial at no cost. During the trial, you have access to all Premium features including unlimited AI credits. After the trial expires, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data will be preserved regardless of plan changes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price increases will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. AI Features and Credits

AI features consume credits based on usage. Basic plan users receive a fixed monthly credit allocation. Premium users have unlimited AI credits. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial, tax, or legal advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns

8. Data Accuracy

BaahiAI is a record-keeping tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. We do not verify transactions or provide accounting, tax, or auditing services. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's Terms)
Sarvam AI — speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and language processing
Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure

We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, BaahiAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
